Sustainability

For every order, we plant one tree on the customer's behalf. Once the donation has been made, you will receive an email (either right away or at the end of the month).

Have you already placed an order with us?

Once you have placed an order, you are included in our monthly donation list to Project GreenHands. It may therefore take until the start of the next month before you receive the email where you can follow your tree.

When the donation has been made on your behalf, you will receive a certificate for the tree that was planted thanks to you 🌱

If you have not received your certificate, or have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Project GreenHands

We donate directly to Project GreenHands, which was set up by Isha Foundation in India.
Project GreenHands is a large project launched to stop desertification in India.

A sad truth is that India's once lush jungles and forests are gradually turning into desert. This in turn dries out the rivers – and if we don't act NOW, it will become impossible to live sustainably in India in the future.

The goal is to plant a 1 km wide tree cover along both sides of India's largest rivers. Project GreenHands works especially with local farmers, who plant fruit trees along the riverbanks. This way the farmers earn more, while the soil retains its moisture and the ecosystem is rebuilt.

Forests turning into desert is not only a major problem in India – it is happening all over the world.

The good news is that it is possible to reverse this dangerous development. If we all contribute a little, it's incredible how much we can achieve together.
