2. Formation of contract
The agreement is binding on both parties once we have received your order. We send an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK). Hudcová Studio is not currently registered in the Norwegian VAT Register, and no VAT is therefore charged on the prices.

4. Payment
We offer payment via Vipps, card (Visa/Mastercard) and Klarna. Payment is charged when you order.

5. Delivery
In Norway you can choose between PostNord (75 NOK), Posten (76 NOK) and HeltHjem (82 NOK). International orders are shipped with Posten and cost 210 NOK. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and normal delivery time in Norway is 1–3 business days from when the order is shipped. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven). In addition, we offer a 30-day open purchase. For hygiene reasons, hair accessories such as silk scrunchies are not covered by the open purchase, but have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as long as the item is unused. You pay the cost of return shipping yourself. See Returns and right of withdrawal for full terms.

7. Complaints
Your rights in the event of defects follow the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven). Contact us at kontakt@chiaro.no with any questions about complaints.

8. Disputes
Any disputes will first be sought resolved amicably. You can also bring the matter before the Norwegian Consumer Authority/Consumer Council (Forbrukertilsynet/Forbrukerrådet).
