These terms (the "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the website chiaro.no. By using the website, we assume that you have read and accepted them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Sale. Purchases in the online store are governed by the Terms of Sale.
1. Definitions
Hudcová Studio: a sole proprietorship (ENK) registered in Norway, organisation number 938 358 222, with its business address at Vekslerfaret 41, 1396 Billingstad. The business operates under the trademark "Chiaro".
The website: chiaro.no and all subdomains.
User: any visitor to the website, or recipient of content such as ads, emails or newsletters from Chiaro.
2. Use of the website and liability
The website is governed by Norwegian law. We work to keep the information on the website correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always completely accurate or complete. For example, there may be errors in prices, stock status or product descriptions, and colours and sizes may look slightly different on screen than in reality.
We are not liable for losses resulting from the website not working, being unavailable or containing errors, unless the loss is due to gross negligence or intent on our part. This does not limit our liability where the law does not allow such limitation.
Your rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. Rights under, among others, the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and the Right of Withdrawal Act always apply, for example the right of withdrawal, complaints and returns. See our Terms of Sale and return policy for details.

The website may contain links to other websites. Such websites are not operated by Chiaro, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
4. Communication and content you send us
When you contact us, sign up for the newsletter or send us information or material, you allow us to use it for the purpose for which you submitted it. If you sign up for the newsletter, you agree that we may send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you send us is true and correct, and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property rights
Text, images, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks and company names on the website are owned by Chiaro or Chiaro's licensors. You do not acquire any rights to this material by visiting the website. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without our written consent, unless permitted by law. You may not use our trademarks in a way that could cause confusion.
6. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. The current version is always available on the website, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Changes apply from the time they are published. Orders placed before a change follow the terms that applied when you ordered.
